Student Leadership

CCH is always looking for Christ followers to serve in leadership.  Much of the CCH ministry hinges upon the involvement and leadership of our students.  CCH offers many different leadership opportunities and we believe that this is a wonderful conduit by which college students are discipled.  We do ask that students be committed to attending CCH (Tuesday Night Worship, Small Group or Ministry) for at least 1 semester before becoming a leader.  Below are the three main leadership groups. 

Rep-Group

The Rep-Group is made up of 4-8 student leaders that assist the CCH Staff by overseeing various areas of ministry like worship, outreach, discipleship, service and social activities.  They meet regularly with the Staff and also serve as a liaison between the students and the Staff.  Rep-Group members are annually nominated by CCHers and then selected by the current Rep-Group and Staff.  Click here to see a list of your current Rep-Group. 

Life Group Leader

As CCH grows larger it is essential that we grow together in smaller groups.  Our goal is to provide quality Life Groups that will promote healthy relationships with other believers while growing you in your own relationship with Christ.  Each year CCH is in need of students who understand this goal and desire to lead others to serve as Life Group Leaders.   If you are interested in being considered for the leadership of a Life Group please contact heather@cchtrine.org.

Ministry Team Leaders

Ministry Teams are designed for two clear purposes.  First, Ministry Teams are created to give students the opportunity to use their time, talents and resources to serve the Lord.  Secondly, they assist CCH in its mission to expand God’s kingdom on campus.  It is the responsibility of Ministry Team Leaders to know and execute the purpose of their particular Ministry Team and encourage other CCHers to join them on the team.  If you are interested in becoming a Ministry Team Leader please contact travis@cchtrine.org.  Below is a list of CCH’s current Ministry Teams.
